1 cup butter or margarine softened
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 cups Supreme Ricotta Cheese (Whole Milk)
2 tsps vanilla
4 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
Few drops of lemon extract
Powdered sugar

In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time and beat. Add Supreme Ricotta Cheese and vanilla, and beat for 1 minute. In a separate bowl combine last 3 ingredients together and add to the ricotta mixture and beat until well blended.
Drop dough by teaspoonful onto a cookie sheet and bake at 350° F for 11 to 15 minutes until bottoms are light brown. Mix powdered sugar and milk into a glaze and frost cookies.
