4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1⁄4 cup flour
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup light cream
2 cups Supreme Ricotta Cheese (Whole Milk)
3 tsps lemon juice
3 tbsps grated lemon rind
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1⁄4 cup powdered sugar
3 tbsps melted butter

Blend crumbs, sugar and butter. Press firmly and evenly on bottom and sides of buttered 9” spring form pan.

Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Add sugar, flour, Supreme ricotta and cream – beating well after each ingredient is added. Add vailla, lemon juice and rind. Pour into lined pan. Bake in 300 oven for 45 mins.
