4 cups Supreme Ricotta Cheese (Whole Milk)
1 cup powdered sugar
2-3 tsps vanilla
Mini chocolate bits or grated chocolate
24 cannoli shells

Whip Supreme Ricotta Cheese with electric mixer for 6-8 minutes until smooth and light. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Fold in chocolate.
After filling shells, dip ends of cannoli into toasted almonds, pistachio nuts or mini chocolate bits (optional). Sprinkle powdered sugar over the tops. Fill just before serving.
