2 cups Supreme Ricotta Cheese (Whole Milk)
1⁄2 cup chopped craisins (dried cranberries)
3 eggs, beaten
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp melted butter
1⁄4 cup milk
1⁄2 tsp salt
1 1⁄2 tsp cinnamon
1⁄4 tsp nutmeg
1⁄2 cup chopped walnuts
Lemon juice (half of lemon)
Pie crust (Single 10” shell)

Line pie pan with shell and bake in 450 oven until light brown (approx. 10-15 mins). Reduce temperature of oven to 350.

Blend rest of ingredients until well mixed. Pour into baked pie shell and bake at 350 until filling is firm (approx 40-55 mins). Serves 10.
