1 lb cubed prosciutto (Italian ham)
2 cups Supreme Ricotta Cheese (Whole Milk)
1⁄2 lb Supreme Fresh Cheese
1⁄2 lb Supreme Mozzarella (cubed)
6 eggs
1 tsp black pepper
Pie Crusts (Two 10” shells)

Line extra deep baking dish with one pie crust. Beat eggs in large bowl. Add Supreme Ricotta, mozzarella, fresh cheese, prosciutto and pepper. Thoroughly blend all ingredients. Pour mixture in lined baking dish. Cover with remaining pie crust. Cut slits in upper crust to allow steam to escape. Bake in 375° oven for 45 minutes or until firm in center.
