Cantaloupes or honeydew melons
Supreme Ricotta Cheese (Whole Milk)
Sliced prosciutto ham
Toasted pistachio nuts, hazelnuts or walnuts

Cut cantaloupes or honey dew melons in half lengthwise. Remove seeds. Cut each piece in half. Take a couple of slices of prosciutto and place over each slice of cantaloupe. Top with spoonful of Supreme Ricotta followed by a sprinkling of pistachio nuts, hazelnuts or walnuts.
